Abstract

The internship was conducted at Suganda Akna Suhri dan Rekan Public Accountant on July 03, 2017 until September 15, 2017 with the placement in the audit division as junior auditor. During the internship, the tasks that were done are doing the working papers of general, administration and marketing expense, reconciliation of receivable and payable account between relation, making audit plan, to notes, update notes to financial statement, physical check of fixed asset, stock opname, cash opname, bank reconciliation, analytical review per month, trace back stock, match and search balance account from general ledger to trial balance, tax recap. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There are some constraint found, for example there is some multiple account number for the same account or there is one account number for multiple account when doing the calculation of analytical review for PT TRS and makes the calculation balance of each account become different from the general ledger. In order to resolve the issues, junior auditor ask and request for adjustment of the multiple account by using the another formula on excel to the senior auditor.
