Abstract

The internship was conducted at KPP Madya Tangerang in Seksi Pengawasan dan Konsultasi I as a staff. During the internship the task that were done are: compare the amount of book transfer deposit on Bukti Penerimaan Negara (BPN) that attached by tax payer with the amount of deposit on the Apportal system and with income tax that withheld on the (SPT) on SIDJP system, make letter of explanation to answer the overbooking collection and input that explanation to SIDJP system in Case Management, input the incoming letter application, compare Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP) and Bukti Penerimaan Negara (BPN) that attached by tax payer with Bukti Pemindahbukuan that published by the Service Section, make description of Surat Keterangan Bebas (SKB) request, make research report of Surat Keterangan Bebas (SKB) on PPh 22 import tax, make description of Surat Perintah Membayar Kelebihan Pajak (SPMKP), check attachment documents and prepare checklist for SPT and for reduction or cancellation request of STP. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There are some obstacles, such as unstable intranet network that make some work processes are pending, an error system when accessing the Apportal system and SIDJP system. Furthermore, when matching the SSP with Bukti Pemindahbukuan, sometimes the order of SSP with Bukti Pemindahbukuan are different, and when checking attachment document, sometimes there are some documents that are not attached by the tax payer. For the obstacle in this internship, the solutions should be made to unstable intranet network is waiting until the system normal. For the obstacles the different between the order of SSP with Bukti Pemindahbukuan, the solution is to matching Nomor Transaksi Penerimaan Negara (NTPN) in Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP) to the list of letter of explanation to find the order Bukti Pemindahbukuan . For the obstacles incomplete documents, the solution is request tax payer to complete the attachment documents.
