Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Quantum Total Solusi in Finance division. During the internship, the tasks were checking transaction, preparing cash dishbursement voucher, cash received voucher, bank dishbursement voucher, bank transfer slip book, journalizing transaction, reporting SPT Masa PPN, cash general journal, help making income statement. During the internship, some obstacles were found within the companies such as transactions evidence not found;, some documents not in right order; all working data erased cause of software crashed. The corporation was expected to improve its infrastructures, working procedure, and precision of employees. Some suggestion to solve the problem are ask our mentor to check over and make sure all of the documents complete, and make sure that the data that have been working on is save on USB storage.
