Abstract

The internship was conducted at Winnindo Business Consult in accounting and tax division. During the internship, the task performed were make journal voucher (sales journal, purchase journal, banking expenses, and petty cash spendings), inputting voucher journals into MYOB, make recapitulation for PPh Pasal 21, 23, 25, 4 ayat (2), PPN, account payable, account receivable, and VAT in and VAT out review as well as summarizing documents. There’s a problem in the work performed, which client data (includes voucher number isn’t registered and missing receipt or bill) are incomplete and not neatly record transactions. The solution to the problem is askimg for incomplete data to supervisor. The company suggest the clients to have good documentation procedures by keep the data on order and make prenumbered for each transaction based on month.
