Abstract

Entering the era of globalization and free competition is increasingly dynamic, every company is required to remain competitive and to win the competition in accordance with the business in which the company was built. Each company was formed in the hope of obtaining the optimal profit in order to stay on the financial condition of the surplus in order to maintain the viability of the company. Profit and cash flow is very important in assessing a company's business, because basically both the reports required in view of financial stability and business development company. PT. Global Solution Engineering, also known as GSE is one company that is engaged in contracting electrical, instrumentation, automation and control in Indonesia which has activities and scope is quite complex, so it requires a planning and controlling system quite serious, especially in terms of cash management, which in this case is cash flow. Cash Flow greatly affect the operations of the company, so it can be said that cash management is something that is a must in order to cash receipts (cash in) and cash disbursements (cash out) may be continuous with the needs and activities undertaken by the company to achieve its business objectives. Registration of Cash Flow in PT. Global Solution Engineering is done with the help of Accurate application and Microsoft Excel are made every day, if there is a transaction related to cash receipts (cash in) and cash disbursements (cash out). Existing obstacles in the process of recording Cash Flow is one of them is the absence of a list of clear and complete for naming accounts for each transaction should be recorded in the application Accurate, so the importance of making a list of complete and clear for naming accounts for each transaction is expected to assist in overcome these obstacles.
