Abstract

The interenship was conducted at Hotel Istana Nelayan in accounting division. During the interenship the task that were done are documentation, checking accounts, general journal, posting invoice form purchase receipt, approve and block nvoice, checking cheque, checking account payable schedule report, make payments, checking accounts receivable, checking bill of sales, input transportation expenses. During the internship, most of the task can be executed properly. There are some constraints found in completing the task caused by many bill were missing, different data in systems with supplier's data, different of bill and captain order, different of purchasing bill with receiving record. To solve that constraints, should asking the other staff such as waitress and accounting, make an adjustments, find the site of different, inform to the cost controller to make correcting amount
