Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Trijaya Nusantara in finance and accounting division. During the internship, the main task was journalizing cash and bank transactions based on vouchers made by the finance department, making bank reconciliations based on newspaper accounts and bank books, input tax invoice to e-SPT application, making invoices and tax invoice in accordance with the purchase order, perform warehouse stocks, making project cost, and making a receipt submission of documents. During the internship, most tasks can be executed properly. There were some difficulties at the time of warehouse stock, the report of the head warehouses often use different names for some types of components, causing confusion. In addition, when preparing project cost, it is often difficult to find the associated costs of a project because there is no information or notes on documents, such as invoices. These difficulties can be solved by confirming to Mr Eko as the head of the warehouse, or ask Alry Wedian as a supervisor, or Mrs. Fadhillah as a purchasing stag
