Abstract

The internship was conducted at Giant BSD Tangerang in accounting department. During the internship, the main task were to create data labeling regarding acceptance of goods from distribution center and supplier, to create document to return the goods, to create official report extermination damaged goods, to prepare price card and to check statement of changes in selling price. The main problem in internship were error enter the invoice number, distribution center was late to send delivery docket and delivery note, and no witness at exterminate damaged goods. Therefore, Giant BSD Tangerang was expected to improve the system for accuracy and reliability of accounting record. The company should improve communication with distribution center to solve the problem. The schedule to exterminate damaged goods shall be made in order to be attended by the relevant
