Abstract

The author is participant in the internship Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi, which is a non-departmental government institution under the coordination of the country's research and technology ministry which has the task of government in the field of assessment and application of technology. In BPPT author has some duty assist the implementation of the budget disbursement (SPPD) and the make of Office Memorandum; budget implementation plan; make the realization of budget execution reports; make withdrawal cash flow budget, filling the tax payment letter (SSP); charge the tax invoice; recapitulate expenditure SPPD filing materials, and tools; examination official travel documents will be expenditure materials, and tools, as well as checking and replenishing stock items cardstock. Obstacle that I found in doing the task is given the lack of job, Archiving documents that do not neatly, and Difficult Inspection Stock of Goods or Materials Research.
