Abstract

The internship was conducted at Winnindo Business Consult in auditing and accounting division. During the internship, the tasks performed were to input data into working paper (Working Balance Sheet and Working Profit and Loss), vouching, make rekaps PPh Pasal 21 and 23, cash opname, complete the confirmation of receivables and confirmations of payables, review audit reports, review Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN), fill Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP) Pajak Pertambahan Nilai, make journal voucher, and input voucher into Myob accounting software. The main problem of this company were incompleted of data from client (voucher number isn't listed and receipt or bill missing) and double record transaction. The company were expected to provide advice to clients to improve the internal control especially in data storage to reduce data loss. Good documentation procedures can help company to prevent double recording transactions and to ensure recording transaction that contributes the accuracy and reliability of accounting records
