Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Sarana Meditama International (OMNI Hospital Alam Sutera) in Accounting and Finance Division as Accounting staff especially for taxation. During the internship, the tasks were making journal entries, computing Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Pasal 23, creating recapitulation reports of PPh Pasal 23, filling Daftar Bukti Pemotongan PPh Pasal 23, creating Bukti Pemotongan PPh Pasal 23, computing Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) Masukan, inputting E-SPT for payment of PPN Masukan, inputting Balance Doctor Fees, creating recapitulation reports of Pemotongan PPh Pasal 21, printing Bukti Potong PPh Pasal 21, and vouching another receivables. During the internship there was no any significant constraint
