Abstract

The author did internship at PT Standard Toyo Polymer and was positioned in the accounting division. During the internship, there were some task that the author did, such as inputting data related to receipt account receivable, receipt non account receivable, payment non account payable, supplier invoice into System Catalist ERP, inputting Value Added Tax (VAT-In) into e-SPT PPN, collecting and inputting the nominative list of entertainment and the like expense into Ms.Excel. There were some problems that appear during inputting data into System Catalist ERP, collecting and inputting the nominative list of entertainment and the like expense into Ms.Excel. System user needs some access to edit data transaction when there were some errors while inputting data into System Catalist ERP. Internal control should be applied to make sure that the nominative list of entertainment and the like expense were completely filled with the correct information.
