Abstract

Internship program was done at KPP Pratama Tangerang Barat, a company that specialized in tax service. Internship program started from 24 June 2013 until 13 September 2013.The tasks to be performed in the tax services department, doing a acceptance Annual Tax Return until shipping Annual Tax Return. During the intership,author has handled 2 genre Individual’s Annual Tax Return. Work done for Annual Tax Return 1770 SS input and checked NPWP by system, acceptance Tax Return from another KPP, dispatch to another KPP that is not theirs. Work done for Annual Tax Return 1770 S be the same ways as Annual Tax Return 1770S, started from acceptance, processed Annual Tax Return until shipping the Annual Tax Return to another KPP if the SPT not of theirs. During internship, there are problem have many NPWP error, unvalid. Human error like a wrongly use form Annual Tax Return, gave a misinformation. Solution to deal with the problem such as crosscheck by SIDJP system,and for human error commonly discuss with account resperentatif each taxpayer
