Abstract

Internship program implemented in KPP Pratama Tangerang Barat, a company that specialized in tax services. The internship program started from June 24th until August 30th 2013. The placement on the service department, which has the task of managing Annual Tax Return, ranging from reception of Tax Return, research of Tax Return, to packaging of Tax Return. During the internship program, there are several problems encountered, such as the existence of invalid NPWP, taxpayer data are not in accordance with the system, and also taxpayer fill out a wrong Tax Return form. The solution to solve such problems is by adjusting the taxpayer data with the system, and for the Tax Return form problem, it will be consulted with Account Representative of each taxpayer.
