Abstract

UMN Training Center is a training institute created by the business development division of Multimedia Nusantara University. The writer has completed his internship for 2 months at Multimedia Nusantara University. The purpose of this internship is to gain experience and knowledge about working in the real business world. In addition, the writer will be able to apply all the marketing theories that he has studied in the university. The discussion in this report is about some works the writer has done during his internship as marketer, especially helping UMN Training Center to create • marketing strategies and achieve the targets that have been set before. 16. Problems experienced during this internship was very lack of human resources in the department, as well as a severe lack of public awareness about UMN Training Center. Therefore, the writer developed a strategy of how to make UMN Training Center and its product can be known by public. ---1111=1111- So in the end, the writer successfully develop a marketing strategy and successfully execute programs that have been planned in advance. The writer s marketing strategies in UMN Training Center are becomi creasingly and can be an inspiration to other student about marketing management
