Abstract

Peran seorang reporter dalam majalah Bloomberg Businessweek Indonesia dimulai dari melakukan pencarian ide usulan pembahasan dengan cara riset, baik riset pustaka, wawancara, atau melihat keadaan disekitar kita. Selain ide usulan pembahasan, juga harus menentukan narasumbernya. Setelah itu ide usulan pembahasan tersebut dibahas dalam rapat redaksi yang dipimpin langsung oleh associate publisher. Ide usulan pembahasan tersebut akan ditentukan langsung oleh associate publisher dalam rapat redaksi. Apabila ide usulan pembahasan telah ditentukan, seorang reporter akan mencari informasi serta data-data yang dapat menguat penulisan. Setelah semuanya terkumpul, proses penulisan dilakukan oleh seorang reporter. Dan terakhir masuk dalam proses penyuntingan dalam 3 tahap, yakni penyuntingan oleh associate managing editor, penyuntingan oleh associate publisher, dan penyuntingan oleh associate publisher dalam pentung proof print.
