Abstract
The main purposes of this report is to find out about the job descriptions in Services Section at Taxation Office Pratama Kosambi. By doing practical work as in intern, the writer get some new knowledge and also new experiences about the cycle of Taxation Services that help Taxpayers knowing about their taxes and that would be implemented in the field after the writer work. Taxation Services consist of accept returns of other Tax Office, doing Validation Tax Deposit (SSP), printing a Document Sheet Flow Monitoring (LPAD), Verify VAT collector (PKP), printing aapplication Serial Number Tax Invoice (Faktur Pajak), and administration and application Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). During the internship, we found several problem that involved many aspect in Taxation Services such as incomplete requirements needed in application Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), Errors in deposit the tax amount payable in tax collection letter, database system that is accessed frequently error and inhibiting recording of SPT into KPP, also invalidity number sheet document flow monitoring in recording barcoding.
