Abstract

Laporan ini akan memaparkan tentang modul customer case pada customer relationship management Electronic Solution. Customer relationship management adalah proyek untuk PT Electronic Solution yang ditangani oleh PT Tectura Indonesia, perusahaan software tempat penulis melakukan praktik kerja magang. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, C#, dan ASPNET dengan datobase SQL Server 2008. Customer relationship mangement merupakan sofhware yang mengintegrasikan sales, marketing, dan customer service untuk mengelola interaksi perusahaan dengan pelanggan. Pada laporan ini akan dibahas mengenai modul customer case.
