Abstract

The internship was conducted in PT Bumi Resources Tbk. in accounting and finance division. During the internship the main task related accounting services. Some task done during the internship was to record journal memorial,input the journal memorial to Gossoft ERP system, record journal payment, input the journal payment to Gossoft ERP system and vouching. During the internship, most of tasks can be executed properly. The problem during the internship was difference between the amount on voucher with General Ledger when process vouching. There were some problems that appear during inputting data into Gossoft ERP, System user needs some access to edit data transaction when there were some errors while inputting data into System Gossoft ERP.
