Abstract

The internship was conducted at KAP Mulyamin Sensi Suryanto & Lianny in Audit division. During the internship, there were several tasks have been done, such as make indexing guides, input data for test of reasonable of interest expense, and make chart movement of expenses for PT BS, input company information for audit program and confirmation letter, check format and print audit program for PT TBL and PT BHL, checked the balance of accounts in working paper for PT BWP and PT SMII, listing account receivable and account payable, make confirmation control, leadsheet, bank statement movement, and operate computer program QAD for PT SMII. The tasks during the internship mostly were done completely, however there were some constraints, such as delay in sending the confirmation letter because couldn’t get the manager in charge’s signature. Therefore, the auditors have to wait for the manager to sign the confirmation letters. The other problem was the computer monitor that used to operate QAD program was broken during usage. Therefore, the auditors have to ask for replacement of the broken monitor.
