Abstract

Animasi berperan penting dalam sebuah produksi game . Animasi dapat menciptakan sebuah nyawa pada karakter sehingga bisa membawa pemain seolaholah masuk kedalam permainan tersebut. Gerakan animasi yang tepat dapat mencitakan imersi pada pemain dan juga rasa empati pada karakter yang dimainkan. Sebagai 2D Artist, penulis bertanggung jawab atas pembuatan animasi pada karakter game tersebut. Animasi-animasi karakter dalam game biasanya disebut dengan game asset.
