Abstract
PT Asuransi Astra Buana (AAB) is leading insurance company in Indonesia. Their vision is to give peace for their clients. For supporting AAB selling activities and service for their customer, marketing division in AAB do Personal Selling and Telemarketing. AAB make an internship program for university students to learn more about insurance. Writer as an intern in that program, believe that marketing techniques play important role in every step for selling insurance products.
