Abstract

Peningkatan terhadap jumlah kelahiran di Indonesia dapat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan mainan di Indonesia. Maka banyak perusahaan mainan yang bersaing dalam menjual produk mainannya kepada anak-anak. PT Newboy Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang mainan. Perusahaan ini merupakan distributor pemegang beberapa merek mainan terkenal seperti misalnya Hasbro di Indonesia. Penulis telah melaksanakan program kerja magang di PT. Newboy Indonesia di bagian pemasaran membatu perusahaan dalam kegiatan marketing. Melalui kerja magang di PT Newboy Indonesia, penulis mendapat banyak pengalaman dan menambah pengetahuan mengenai pemasaran. Hal ini dapat membantu penulis dalam mempersiapkan diri ke dunia kerja di masa yang akan datang. Laporan kerja magang ini berisi tentang bagaimana pengaruh marketing activity terhadap penjualan salah satu produk PT. Newboy Indonesia yaitu Kre-O, serta menjelaskan kegiatan selama kerja magang.
