Abstract

Proses pelaksanaan praktek kerja magang berlangsung selama 60 hari kerja pada divisi HR Recruitment PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk. yang merupakan department store ternama di Indonesia. Praktek kerja magang yang dilakukan oleh Penulis berguna memahami dan melihat penerapan dari teori yang Penulis pelajari selama perkuliahan secara nyata mengenai penerapan proses recruitment dan selection. Pembuatan laporan kerja magang ini difokuskan terhadap penerapan proses recruitment dan selection pada PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk. Melalui pelaksanaan recruitment dan selection ini, kemudian Penulis menemukan bahwa adanya kesamaan antara teori yang Penulis pelajari dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk. dalam proses recruitment dan selection. Kata kunci : recruitment, selection, manajemen sumber daya manusia, proses recruitment and selection
