Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari pengaruh antara Perceived Efficiency of Training, Perceived Usefulness of Training, Perceived Trainer Performance terhadap Overall Satisfaction with Training dalam perusahaan berbasis pelayanan yaitu Hotel. Novotel Tangerang adalah hotel berbintang empat yang terletak dipusat bisnis kota Tangerang, Novotel Tangerang berjarak 20 menit dari bandara bila menggunakan mobil. Novotel Tangerang memiliki restoran, lounge bar, internet WiFi gratis, kolam renang outdoor, tempat kebugaran, spa, 7 ruangan pertemuan dan Grand Ballroom seluas 1600 meter persegi. Mengkombinasikan kenyamanan dan teknologi, hotel ini merupakan pilihan yang sempurna untuk bisnis dan wisatawan yang menginginkan waktu luang. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yaitu dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara offline kepada karyawan Hotel Novotel Tangerang yang telah bekerja minimal selama 3 bulan atau lebih. Peneliti berhasil mengumpulkan 40 data responden. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Perceived Efficiency of Training, Perceived Usefulness of Training dan Perceived Trainer Performance berpengaruh positif terhadap Overall Satisfaction with Training. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam perusahaan berbasis pelayanan, serta dapat menjadi contoh untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam meneliti variabel yang sama pada perusahaan lainnya.
