Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaan dimana setiap perusahaan yang ada berlomba-lomba untuk mengelola sumber daya manusianya dengan baik. Adapun salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh kebanyakan perusahaan dalam mengelola karyawannya dengan cara memberikan training. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perceived trainer performance, perceived usefulness of training, perceived efficiency of training terhadap training satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada karyawan BII Maybank yang mengikuti officer development program Funding batch 8 s/d batch 14 dan Lending batch 30 s/d batch 34. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 35 responden peserta ODP. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa, dari ketiga variabel independen tersebut, hanya satu variabel yaitu perceived trainer performance yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap training satisfaction. Sedangkan untuk variabel perceived usefulness of training dan perceived efficiency of training, keduanya berpengaruh negatif terhadap training satisfaction.
