Abstract

TANGERANG — Pada Selasa, 2 Januari 2024, Human Resources Deparment (HRD) Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) menyelenggarakan kegiatan Mini Class dengan tema "Point of You". Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para peserta dalam mengelola komunikasi interpersonal, memperkuat hubungan antar sesama rekan kerja, serta meningkatkan kemampuan dalam memahami sudut pandang orang lain. Kegiatan ini dirancang agar peserta dapat lebih efektif dalam berkolaborasi, menyelesaikan masalah, dan meningkatkan kinerja tim di lingkungan kerja.
