Abstract

PT Pertamina (Persero) merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN Non Listed Public Company dan memiliki fungsi Investor Relations di divisi Corporate Secretary. Pemegang saham 100% PT Pertamina (Persero) ialah Pemerintah, dimana Perusahaan tidak menjualkan sahamnya, tetapi menawarkan bond (surat hutang) kepada warga asing. Tujuan praktik kerja lapangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara kerja Investor Relations pada perusahaan minyak dan gas yaitu PT Pertamina (Persero) sehingga dapat mempelajari bagaimana suatu perusahaan BUMN menjalin hubungan baik dengan publik internal dan eksternal. Adapun aktifitas magang selama dua belas minggu dalam fungsi Investor Relations di PT Pertamina (Persero) diantaranya yaitu review dan updating Annual Report dan Sustainability Report, meeting dengan bondholders, profiling, event management, conference call dan updating kinerja keuangan. Penulis dapat mengetahui berbagai macam pekerjaan Investor Relations di PT Pertamina (Persero)yaitu Corporate Update, Business & Financial Update, Article Market Update, FAQ, RUPS, Investor Day, Financial Media Meetings, Non Deal Roadshow, Bondholders Meeting, Bondholders Site Visit, Analyst Meeting, Competitor & Partners Profiling, Bondholders Profiling, SMETS, IRIS, Diplomatic Intelligence, Financial Market Glossary, Contact Report, Sustainability Report, Annual Report, Global Bond Report, Two Way Communication (B to B, G to G, dan B to G) dan Business Initiatives Facilitation.
