Abstract

Kegiatan kerja magang dilakukan penulis pada posisi people selection yang berfokus pada proses job description analysis sangat dibutuhkan setiap perusahaan dalam memberikan ketegasan dan standar tugas yang harus dicapai oleh setiap karyawan. Kegiatan kerja magang dilakukan selama 60 hari kerja di PT Astra International Tbk. – UD Trucks Sales Operation. UD Trucks Sales Operation merupakan anak perusahaan PT Astra International Tbk. yang bergerak di bidang bisnis truck. PT Astra International Tbk. – UD Trucks Sales Operation telah menguasai 15% pasar medium dan heavy duty truck dengan menjual 21.000 unit truck di Indonesia serta menguasai lebih dari 50% pasar truck penarik traktor. Kantor pusat UD Trucks Sales Operation terletak di jalan Danau Sunter Selatan Blok O No 5 Sunter II, Jakarta Utara. Selama kegiatan magang berlangsung, penulis diberi kesempatan untuk melakukan proses job description analysis terhadap karyawan. Tujuan dari kegiatan kerja magang adalah mengaplikasikan teori yang sudah di dapat di universitas kedalam dunia kerja nyata dan menambah wawasan tentang proses job description analysis di sebuah perusahaan. Laporan kerja magang ini membahas mengenai proses job description analysis di PT Astra International Tbk. – UD Trucks Sales Operation.
