Abstract

Karyawan frontline merupakan karyawan yang secara langsung berinteraksi dengan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, karyawan frontliner perlu dibekali dengan ilmu atau keahlian yang cukup agar konsumen memiliki tanggapan atau citra yang baik terhadap perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya pandangan konsumen yang semakin kritis terhadap barang atau jasa yang akan dibeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Trainee’s Perception of Transfer Design, Performance Self Efficacy, Training Retention, Performance Feedback, dan Supervisor Support for Training Tranfer terhadap Training Transfer pada karyawan frontliner yang sudah mengikuti Service Excellence Training di PT Serpong Cipta Kreasi. Penelitian ini memiliki 60 responden dan pengolahan datanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive/judgement sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Trainee’s Perception of Transfer Design, Performance Self-Efficacy, dan Training Retention memiliki pengaruh masing-masing sebesar 28,3%; 26,8%; dan 25% terhadap Training Transfer. Sedangkan Performance Feedback, dan Supervisor Support for Training Tranfer tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Training Transfer.
