Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Indolakto and during the period is assigned to help provides evidence for company’s tax audit and doing company’s tax administration. The task that was done during the internship are making recapitulation of VAT in tax invoice, making recapitulation of VAT annual tax return, creating recapitulation of periodic tax return and tax payment slip, making recapitulation of import declaration, reconciliation of VAT in, Recapitulation of export declaration, recapitulation of invoice and tax invoice, and filling PPFTZ-03 form. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed without difficulties, however few problem was encountered. The problem encountered is source of bank document missing, unreadable data when doing recapitulation. In order to solve these problems, we consult to our manager to find a solution. Asides consulting with senior, we tried to fix it by doing cross-check.
