Abstract
TANGERANG – Roemah Koffie bekerja sama dengan Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) mengadakan coffee workshop bagi mahasiswa Perhotelan pada Jumat, 14 Maret 2025, sebagai bagian dari program University Roadshow yang memberi pengalaman langsung membuat latte art. Kegiatan yang dipandu Coffee Master Roemah Koffie, Andrew Marcello, membahas proses pengolahan biji kopi dari buah cherry coffee, faktor kualitas seperti aroma, body, rasa, kepahitan, dan aftertaste, serta peran komposisi susu terhadap hasil akhir kopi. Mahasiswa juga mempelajari teknik grind, steam susu, dan pembuatan foam, sebelum berlatih langsung membuat latte art. Workshop ini bertujuan membekali mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis seputar kopi berstandar berkelanjutan yang relevan dengan industri F&B.
