Abstract
The internship was conducted at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. a bank that focus on mortgage loan with the place of accounting division and priority banking division. During the internship the task that were done are vouching daily transaction, making journal for payment transaction, reconcile suspend account, cash opname, checking suspend account by system, preparing performance report for priority banking, making memo for priority banking card, preparing budget memo for customer’s birthday, preparing selling activity management report, and making a simulation for calculating government securities. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There are some constraint found for examples there was no user id for the intern to use for several bank’s software the solution is to borrows staff’s user ID, there were also difficulties when preparing budget memo for customer’s birthday which is the database that never been updated since february to solve this problem writer have to update the databse and sort it based on customer’s birthday and priority banking officer have to update the database everytime they get a new customer.
