Abstract
Practice internship at PT Mulia Knitting Factory last for 55 days in the division Human Resource Department (HRD). PT Mulia Knitting Factory or better known by Rider knitting textile industry is the oldest company in Indonesia. The purpose of practice is to expand internship and apply knowledge in a real and detailed theories that have been obtained in the course writers, in particular regarding the management and implementation of human resources within an enterprise and analyze employee satisfaction. Internships report is focused on the analysis of employee satisfaction at PT Mulia Knitting Factory, employee satisfaction is an individual thing. Each individual will have a different satisfaction in him. This is consistent with the notion that his own satisfaction, employee satisfaction which is an unpleasant emotional state or unpleasant in which employees view their work. This is evident in the attitude of employees towards work, a positive attitude or a negative attitude when satisfied if not satisfied . Employee dissatisfaction can be expressed in various ways. For example, stops working, the employee complained, disobedient, or circumvent some of his responsibilitie. While job satisfaction is one of the objectives to be achieved by each employee in the workplace. The existence of a disgruntled employee making morale, dedication, love, and discipline of employees increases. For it has become imperative for companies to create job satisfaction of its employees.
