Abstract
Summarecon Digital Center (SDC) is subsidiary of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon). Summarecon’s business units are now grouped into three distinct activities (Property Development, Property Investment and Management, Leisure, Hospitality, and others). Summarecon Digital Center is a retail mall that focus in selling IT, gadgets, and photography products. All types of computer hardware and software, smart phones, cameras, camcorders, and other techonology needs will be available in the Summarecon Digital Center. As of today, more than one hundreds (100) tenants have open their business in Summarecon Digital Center. To support the operation of the mall, Summarecon Digital Center have many division, there are a few divisions that highly involved with the tenants and customers, such as Customer Service & Tenant Relation (CS &TR) division. This division provides company’s tenant informations. These informations are not only to give knowledge to the customer about what are the stores that open and what are the products that Summarecon Digital Center tenant sells, it also provides the company to analyze how to improve their quality service. Summarecon Digital Center gives the opportunity for intern to get experience in real bussiness world and make some new friends in the company.
