Abstract
TANGERANG – Program Studi Strategic Communication (Stracomm) Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) menggelar kuliah umum bertajuk Strategic Media Relation pada Rabu, 23 April 2025 di Lecture Theatre UMN, menghadirkan Quinta Binar, Head of Public Relations Sinar Mas Land. Dalam sesi ini, Quinta berbagi pengalaman profesionalnya di dunia public relations, mulai dari peran vital corporate communication (corcomm) dalam mengelola informasi perusahaan, pentingnya membangun relasi dengan media melalui engagement dan jejaring, hingga kemampuan menulis press release yang relevan, newsworthy, serta berbasis riset. Ia juga menekankan bahwa corcomm harus adaptif terhadap perkembangan industri media dan teknologi, tanpa meninggalkan kaidah jurnalistik klasik, agar mampu menjaga citra perusahaan sekaligus menjalin hubungan strategis dengan pemangku kepentingan.
