Abstract

The internship was conducted at Multimedia Nusantara University as account payable assistant. During the internship period, work performs are making a recapitulation of cash expenditure related payment to supplier, making bank reconciliation, filling withholding tax evidence Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) 21 and 23, making a recapitulation of cash expenditure related to payment of electricity, water, and telephone. An introduction to Bank In Bank Out Online, also making cash collection receipt of water, electricity, and telephone. In carrying out the internship, there were some constraint: tax tariff is not given. The solution of this constraint by asking to the account payable officer and by reading the tax regulation number Per-31/PJ/2009. Recommendations for Multimedia Nusantara University is need a program to store the data of supplier. The internship also conducted at Hertanto, Sidik, & Partner public accounting firm as junior auditor. During the internship period, work performs are making confirmation to the trained partners of PT Pertamina (Persero), draft of independent auditor’s report, also draft of management letter. Constraint during a confirmation is auditor is not equipped with a card receivables details. The solution for this constraint by asking the card receivables details from PT Pertamina Region Medan. Recommendations for Hertanto, Sidik, & Partner public accounting firm is publish the evidence of payment on the trained partners’ loan repayment.
