Abstract

TANGERANG - Pada Senin (25/09/2025), Fakultas Teknik dan Informatika UMN mengadakan guest lecture bertema “Review of Published Research and Emerging Trends in Information Technologies” dengan tiga pembicara: Prof. Surendra N. Rahamatkar (Avantika University, India), Prof. Andrea Corradini, Ph.D. (University of Pisa, Italia), dan Johan Setiawan, S.Kom., M.M., M.B.A. (UMN). Acara ini membahas perkembangan teknologi dan riset di India, Uni Eropa, dan Indonesia. Prof. Surendra memaparkan target India menjadi pemimpin global teknologi 2047, termasuk inovasi seperti Aadhaar, UPI, Digilocker, BHAShni, 6G, Green Hydrogen, dan bioteknologi, serta pentingnya riset sebagai fondasi kemajuan. Prof. Andrea menjelaskan fokus Uni Eropa pada sustainability, digital transformation, dan health & biotechnology, disertai regulasi ketat dan tantangan pendanaan, serta berbagai bidang riset mulai dari AI, quantum, mobilitas, hingga lingkungan. Johan membahas risetnya terkait e-commerce dan online delivery di Indonesia, menyoroti kebutuhan konsumen akan transparansi, estimasi akurat, dan kepercayaan, serta bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna.
