Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan tiga variabel independen yaitu, Communication (X1), Job Security (X2), dan Workload (X3), dan juga memiliki satu variabel dependen yaitu, Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh communication, job security, dan workload terhadap employee job satisfaction. Penelitian ini pula dilakukan di PT Tridinamika Jaya Instrument yang berlokasi di Gading Serpong, Tangerang Selatan. Peneitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer yang dimana pengumpul data mendapatkan data dari sumber data, dalam hal ini para responden merupakan karyawan seluruh divisi di PT Tridinamika Jaya Instrument. Dalam hal ini penelitian telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menghasilkan data yaitu, dimana variabel communication, job security dan workload memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap employee job satisfaction, dan untuk menghasilkan data tersebut penulis menggunakan sampel sebanyak 40 responden.
