Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya coaching dalam suatu tim yang secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi inovasi dalam suatu tim dimana menurut Christopher Bond et al., (2013,pp.59), pemimpin tim berperan dalam mendorong Team Innovation salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan Coaching. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa apakah Team Coaching berhubungan positif dengan Team Goal Commitment, apakah Team Goal Commitment berhubungan positif terhadap Support for Innovation, dan apakah Support for Innovation berhubungan positif dengan Team Innovation. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada anggota work team di Departemen Marketing Kantor Pusat PT. Global Artha Futures. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu descriptive studies dan hypothesis testing. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah dengan melakukan wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Untuk teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Team Coaching (x) berhubungan positif dengan Team Goal Commitment (y) sebesar 5.0%, Team Gaol Commitment (x) berhubungan positif dengan Support for Innovation (y) sebesar 5.2%, dan Support for Innovation (x) berhubungan positif terhadap Team Innovation (y) sebesar 3.7%.
