Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja auditor pada kantor akuntan publik. Memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja auditor pada kantor akuntan publik.Memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja auditor pada kantor akuntan publik.
