Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of liquidity measured by Current Ratio (CR), profitability measured by Return On Asset (ROA), firm size measured by Total Assets (TA), maturity and secured towards bond rating. Using purposive sampling method. There are seven criteria consist of listed in financial sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange, issuing bonds in Indonesian securities and rated by PEFINDO during 2014-2016, issuing financial statements audited by independent auditors during 2013-2015, close the books on 31 December accounting period, financial statements using the rupiah currency, that get positive net income during the research period. and provide information related, to the classification of Current assets and Current liabilities in the financial statements. The results of this research ware (1) liquidity measured by Current Ratio (CR) have a significant positive Effect toward bond rating, (2) profitability measured by Return On Asset (ROA) has no effect toward bond rating, (3) the size of the company measured Total Assets (TA) have a significant positive Effect toward bond rating, (4) marturity have a significant positive Effect toward bond rating, (5) secured have no effect to bond rating.
