Abstract

penelitian ini memiliki tujuan: Mendapatkan bukti empiris underpricing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja saham pasca IPO. Mendapatkan bukti empiris persentase saham yang ditawarkan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja saham pasca IPO. Mendapatkan bukti empiris umur perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja saham pasca IPO.
