Abstract
The objective of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about capital adequacy ratio, non performing loan, net profit margin, and loan to deposit ratio towards profit growth. The objects in this research are banking companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The method used in this research is causal study, a study about causal relationship. The data used in this research was secondary data, data was collected by the financial statements form Indonesian Stock Exchange. The samples were selected using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this research is using multiple linear regression. The results of this research showed that Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Net Profit Margin, and Loan to Deposit Ratio altogether has simulation effect toward profit growth. Moreover, from statistic t-test Capital Adequacy Ratio does have effect significantly towards profit growth. Non Performing Loan have no effect significantly towards profit growth. Net Profit Margin, Loan Deposit Ratio have no significant effect toward profit growth, Loan Deposit Ratio have no significant effect towards profit growth.
