Abstract

Lighting berperan penting dalam membentuk cerita visual yang ingin disampaikan, karena lighting memiliki informasi yang dapat diterima oleh penonton dengan sudut pandang yang berbeda. Dengan pemilihan lighting yang berbeda sebuah scene memiliki makna tersendiri yang dapat mempengaruhi sebuah cerita. Maka dari itu penelitian akan berfokus dalam perancangan lighting pada sebuah ilustrasi bergambar. Hasil penelitian nantinya akan digunakan untuk membantu perancangan motion comic “Beyond the Border”.
