Abstract

This report titled " ANALISIS CYCLE TIME DAN EFISIENSI LINI MENGGUNAKAN TIME STUDY PADA LINI PRODUKSI DI PT GRAHA KERINDO UTAMA SITE CIBITUNG." This study aims to determine the cycle time and efficiency of PB-16 toilet tissue production line at PT Graha Kerindo Utama . In the current production line condition, with the concept of time study, there is still bottleneck on loading job elements where the cycle time per employee reaches 658.28 seconds per carton. The amount of labor on every element of work are also not ideal. After some process improvement using line balancing method, Just-in-Time, and ECRS theory, the efficiency can be increased from 19.97% to 38.56%.
