Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Customer Relationship Management yang dilakukan oleh PT. Gogobli Asia Teknologi dalam membangun customer loyalty. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis dapat memahami tentang bagaimana strategi yang diterapkan oleh PT. Gogobli Asia Teknologi. Konsep yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Cutomer Relationship Management (CRM) dan customer loyalty. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif agar dapat memaparkan sebuah situasi atau peristiwa secara terperinci. Informasi yang didapat adalah dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil, bahwa strategi CRM yang dilakukan PT. Gogobli Asia Teknologi yang menggunakan model IDIC secara efektif dapat membangun loyalitas pelanggan.
