Abstract
The survival of any business entities depend on the existence of its customers. In order to gain more customers, business players have to execute strategy and innovation. This is necessary to influence people in choosing their services provider. In this case, the context is airline service business. Any kind of Loyalty Program such as Garuda Frequent Flyer (GFF) has an important role in targeting core customers, i.e. customers that give the highest revenue to the company. Business decisions should be executed in less time, so more opportunities can be captured with less cost. In addition to time consumed, accuracy is also a vital necessity for mature analysis and rational calculation. They are required by most companies in order to retrieve the right information. The purpose of this research is to analyze the system and business process of Garuda Frequent Flyer program, currently running in Garuda Indonesia. It is intended to help the management of Customer Loyalty division in their decision making process by providing the right information through the use of Business Intelligence technologies such as Data Warehouse and Dashboard as a reporting tools.
