Abstract

Keberhasilan organisasi/ perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan tidak terlepas dari peran penting sumber daya manusia, maka dari itu keberadaan karyawan diangap penting dan merasa perlunya pengelolaan hubungan baik serta memotivasi karyawan. Elemen komunikasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting, komunikasi yang tidak efektif kerap menimbulkan konflik antar karyawan, termasuk hubungan atasan dan bawahan. Menanggapi hal ini Teraskota Entertainment Center yakni devisi Employee relations menjalankan kegiatan Special Event, salah satunya ialah Family Gathering
