Abstract

Bappenas (National Development Planning Agency) has not optimally implemented an ISO standard quality management system and the problems faced are still using ISO 9001: 2008. Bappenas (National Development Planning Agency) is an institution engaged in services or rather planning development proposed by the government throughout Indonesia. At this stage the quality management system was implemented at Bappenas. The method used by the quality management system uses the ISO 9001: 2015 clause, the steps for collecting data are carried out by observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the data collection are used to obtain findings and provide recommendations to Bappenas (National Development Planning Agency). The results obtained after conducting the analysis are reaching an average level of 75% which means it falls into the good category of calculating the Likert scale and the average reaches maturity level 3 in calculating the maturity level which means it is in the medium category.
